Competition time!

Under the mentorship of Caryl Hart, I’ve spent a few months drafting (and redrafting) my current manuscript. It’s a funny yet heartwarming story about music and friendship, with a monkey as the BIG central character. I’m so proud of it! I love it! But, will anyone else? Have I ‘gone too early’, again?

Time to find out!

I’ve submitted my reworked manuscript to the Words and Pictures October Slush Pile Challenge - judged by Millie van Grutten of RCW Literary Agency.

It just so happens that Millie is the first agent I ever queried back in March.

Whatever happens it has a lovely ‘coming full circle’ feel to it :-)
